This project cultivates cotton in Tamil Nadu, India, driven by the need to promote sustainable clothing production among apparel companies. We are implementing productivity improvements for organic cotton, which has low yields. By vertically integrating our operations—from raw material production using organic farming techniques, through spinning, to sales—we achieve reduced environmental impact and centralized traceability management. We are advancing improvements in workers' labor conditions and sustainable clothing production.

This project was started in Makinohara City, Shizuoka Prefecture, a tea-producing region, to address the ongoing problem of tea farmers abandoning farming and an increasing number of abandoned tea fields due to the aging of tea farmers, falling tea prices, rising processing costs, and the difficulty of crop conversion. By removing the tea trees, turning them into charcoal, and then returning them to the soil, carbon credits are generated, reducing crop conversion costs and improving the soil at the same time, and the project aims to create a lemon-producing region.
